This notice explains what personal data RKCO collects through rkco.io, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

RKCO is a brand and performance studio based in Mumbai, India, run as a sole proprietorship by Rohit Kopardekar. In this notice, “RKCO”, “we” and “us” mean that business.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect:

• your name, phone number and email address, and your company name if you choose to give it;
• the service you are interested in, if you choose one;
• how you found us: the page you arrived on, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed, such as UTM parameters or ad click identifiers.

When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss working together.
• To understand which of our own marketing brings in enquiries.

We do not use your data for anything else, and we do not sell it.

Your consent

We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you send the form or contact us, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. We will then stop using your data, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it to do that work for us: Google Workspace, which handles our email and the spreadsheet where enquiries are stored, and Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website. If we add or change a provider, we will update this list.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to respond to you and, if we work together, for the length of that relationship and any period the law requires. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within [24 months].

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• erase it;
• resolve a complaint about how we have handled it.

You can also nominate another person to exercise these rights for you in the event of your death or incapacity.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. We may count visits with cookie-free analytics that do not identify you. If that changes, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.
